AMAZING BANH MI !! Wow this hit the spot. Amazing fresh flavors, perfect bread. A generous amount of meat as well. Will be returning :)

Everything was delicious, served hot. One gentleman in the restaurant but there was only one other table there. To be fair, it was like 10 degrees outside lol. Cute little place and a big screen tv playing some relaxing videos. Definitely will be back. Prices good too.

Stumbled upon Asian cuisine at Waredeca Brewery and never looked back. I've had plenty of banh mi's but The Pham does it like no other. They're definitely onto something and I'm all in. Everything was so fresh and the BREAD was amazingly crispy yet soft?!

This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. Some might say it is expensive, but I say when you are making top quality food, charge what you want. And to be honest it isn't that expensive. It is just that people don't value Vietnamese food as much as Japanese or French. I think it is a cuisine that competes with anything, and the Pham does it well!

I like to go to hole in the wall places, small businesses. I went on a Thursday afternoon, and it was sadly empty. This made my decision even better because i prefer supporting small businesses. The waitress was super friendly, addressed me with a smile and sat me down with a menu. So I ordered the Vermicelli Lemongrass Pork with a Vietnamese Coffee. The main dish came with pickled carrots, cucumber, onions, bean sprouts and fried onions, and 1 spring roll cut in half. You also get a bowl of their fish sauce to pour into the meal, making it wet, but not soupy, just enough for to mix with the noodles. The main dish was about $17, I thought it was a little high for its location, but the serving can feed 2 people, in my opinion. So don't let that scare you into ordering it. The Coffee was $6, again I thought was high, but Starbucks cost more and this came to me fresh, so the price is justified. She brought it to me still dripping from the press that sits on top of the cup that is filled with carnation milk. Once it stops dripping, just stir it with the milk and then pour over a tall cup of ice. It was delicious! All in all, my food was delicious and filling! My waitress kept checking on me and making sure I was taken care of. I am saddened that the whole time I was sitting there, no one else came in. I do hope it changes! Give them place a shot, I enjoyed my experience!

I was introduced to Pho at the Pham about a year ago. Since then, I have tried others from all over Maryland, but every time I come back to the Pham, I realize why. The Pho is VERY good and the taste has a taste you will crave. I drive out of my way about an hour and a 1/2 additional travel time to get my food about about once a month from the Pham. The food is really that good. The service is excellent as well, and it's one of those places that you will enjoy going to.

My favorite Vietnamese spot in Frederick! Their summer rolls are so fresh and their pho is delicious!

I tried this as a food truck at Waredaca Brewery. I had the summer roll and noodles. Both were delicious although I liked the noodles slightly more. I also had their fries. The kids gobbled it up! They were perfectly crispy, not too fried and not too soggy.
